Lenzie Sanchez, Foundation Communities

Lenzie Sanchez is the Senior Education Programs Manager at Foundation Communities.

Lenzie is a true lifer: she grew up in a Foundation Communities property, loved the programs and opportunities she had there, and has worked ever since to give her students the same experience.

According to Lenzie, the best part of her day is when she returns after a break. Seeing the joy in students’ faces and hearing “Ms. Lenzie, where have you been?” reminds her of the importance of her work. She’s also deeply proud of her team: Daniela Flores Nolasco, Stephanie Abella Murphy, Diana Vazquez Pesina, Nick Vincent, Anna De La Rosa, Kellie Stiewert, Sami Gelalecha and their teams, who always bring their best selves to work.

Lenzie’s biggest piece of advice for fellow professionals is simply to listen. In her own words, “Listen with patience and humility and success through connection and community will always find you.” She also reminds LATT Partners to stay connected to their “why”: delivering safe, rewarding, inspiring OST opportunities!
