Sweet Collaborations
Though the story began several years earlier, it was during our 2022 Gala that a remarkable new chapter unfolded. Stepping onto the stage as the chairs of our signature fundraising event were Leon and Tiffany Chen, the founders of Tiff's Treats. Our guests cheered, and the bluegrass sounds of Dolly Parton's "Sugar Hill" filled the room. Little did anyone realize that this was the moment when an already exceptional partnership would climb to even greater heights.
With their charisma and the irresistible aroma of freshly baked cookies from Tiff's Treats filling the venue, the Gala turned into a resounding success, surpassing all our fundraising expectations. The Chen's genuine dedication to helping children inspired our guests to open their hearts and contribute generously.
inspired by the tremendous impact of our collaboration, ARF and Tiff's Treats decided to extend our partnership beyond the boundaries of the Gala night. Tiff's Treats began providing warm cookies at our family nights, where parents gathered with their children for fun activities. This simple gesture had a profound effect, fostering a sense of community and strengthening the bond between parents and their little ones.
As the summer arrived, our partnership deepened further. Leon, Tiffany, and their team volunteered at our Learn All the Time Kids Summer Camp. They packed grocery bags with fresh fruits and vegetables, ensuring that each family received two bags along with recipes to prepare nourishing and delicious meals.
The impact was real and immediate, as evidenced by this heartwarming result: at the end of the summer camp, an astounding 96 percent of our kids said that they felt cared for by an adult there.
Throughout our journey together, Tiff's Treats transformed from being mere financial supporters to becoming an integral part of the experiences we create for our kids and families. Their cookies became symbols of care, warmth and support, representing the love that ARF and Tiff's Treats offer each and every child and parent. Through their support and passion, they have truly made a significant difference in the lives of numerous kids and families.
